We would like to note that the number of participants is limited to 80 due to venue constraints.

*During registration, students are required to provide their advisor's name and email address. The organizers will contact the advisor to provide a letter of support and verify the registrant's student status.
The general and student registration fee includes access to all sessions, coffee breaks, the welcome reception, conference dinner, and the guided tour. The Friday 1-day registration covers admission to Friday sessions and coffee breaks, designed specifically for participants interested in the sessions focused on pro-am collaborations organized on that day. The accompanying person's registration fee ensures entry to the welcome reception, conference dinner, and guided tour, although it does not include access to sessions and coffee breaks.
We aimed to keep the registration fees as low as possible to encourage broad participation in the conference. In exceptional cases, the organizers may consider reducing or waiving registration fees for a limited number of active participants, particularly those in the early stages of their careers. Please note that we cannot guarantee this option for everyone. If your financial circumstances prevent you from covering the registration fee and participating in the conference, kindly submit a request with justification to the organizers via email to symbiotics2024@sirrah.troja.mff.cuni.cz before January 31, 2024, which is the deadline for oral contributions submission. All requests will be thoroughly evaluated, and outcomes will be communicated to you before the early bird registration deadline.
Registration fee payment
The registration fee will be collected in Czech crowns at the applicable rate (see above) prior to the conference. For your convenience, we offer two payment options for your registration fees. The first option is a bank transfer. When choosing this method, please be aware that there might be associated bank fees that the payer will need to cover during the payment process. If your institution requires a pro-forma invoice, we can provide it after your registration to facilitate the bank transfer process. You can indicate this preference in the registration form.
Alternatively, we also provide the convenience of online payment using major credit and debit cards. There are no additional fees associated with this payment method. We cannot accept cash payments during the conference. Please note that your registration will be considered as complete only upon the receipt of the fee payment.
The banking details for the transfer and the personal link for credit/debit card payment will be emailed to you by the organizers after the submission of the registration form.
Cancellation policy
All cancellations must be submitted in writing via email to symbiotics2024@sirrah.troja.mff.cuni.cz. Cancellation requests received before or on May 13, 2024, will be eligible for a refund, with a processing fee of 500 CZK deducted. For refunds processed through bank transfer, any associated bank charges will be the responsibility of the participant. Full registration fee refunds will be granted only to participants unable to attend due to visa application rejections. Please note that no refunds will be processed for cancellation requests received after May 13, 2024. Requests for substitutions are accepted, provided that the details of the new registrant are provided to the organizer before May 27, 2024.
